i. Schedule a 15 to 30-minute one-to-one consultation with our dentist in which during this session, the dentist will examine your current teeth & oral conditions for orthodontic pre-evaluations. iI. This session does not include moulding, scaling and other treatments required before braces installation. iii. Cancellation Policy
SmileStudio Booking Policy 1. Appointment Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled via our website, phone, or in person at the clinic. 2. Confirmation: All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. 3. Cancellation: Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. 4. Late Arrivals: Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment. 5. No-Show Policy: Patients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice may be subject to a Late Cancellation & No-Show Fee. 6. Emergency Appointments: For dental emergencies, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible. 7. Reminders: Appointment reminders will be sent via Call or Whatsapp 24 hours before the scheduled time.
